Appliance Delivery & Installation Technician
What You'll Do
- Deliver and install appliances in customers' homes — refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, and more.
- Safely load, transport, and maneuver appliances using dollies and proper technique.
- Connect and test each appliance to make sure everything works perfectly before you leave.
- Represent Ralph's in customers' homes — showing up on time, being courteous, and leaving every space clean.
- Learn the appliance trade through our paid, continuous training.
- Take on more responsibility over time as you prove yourself — with growth in pay and role to match.
What We're Looking For
- A career-minded self-starter who wants to build something, not just fill a slot.
- Someone who genuinely enjoys people and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude and a strong desire to learn. Prior experience is a plus, but attitude matters most — if you've fixed cars or worked as a handyman, you'll do well here.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs daily and maneuver up to 250 lbs occasionally.
- A valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Comfortable using basic computer and mobile technology.
What You'll Get
- Competitive pay with room to earn more as you grow.
- Full-time, standard weekday daytime schedule — home most evenings.
- Health insurance with employer-supplemented premiums.
- Retirement plan with employer match.
- Paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.
- Company-supplied tools and uniforms.
- Continuous paid training.
- Employee discount program.
- Quarterly team celebrations.
